Personal Health Analysis is seeking representatives to introduce Health Care Professionals to our Personal Health Analysis and Treatments Program. Our Program provides pre-diagnostic analyses and information to help both practitioners and patients make better healthcare decisions and enable patients to take greater responsibility for their own health.
The Company’s analysis and recommendations are generated from the several databases assembled by the Company’s staff from past and ongoing studies, analyses and tests.
Our analysis is designed to pre-diagnose for current and potential health problems, and will suggest treatments, lifestyle changes, supplements and drugs that have been used successfully by others with similarly implied conditions.

Our pre-diagnostic software program checks for the common diseases and health issues, including Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia, Heart Disease and Atherosclerosis, Stroke, Cancer, Weight, Diabetes Type 2, Arthritis, Skin Care Issues, Aging Issues and then assesses the patient’s Overall Health.
The resulting Personal Health Analysis and Treatments Report will advise patients and their health care specialists the medicines, vitamins, supplements, lifestyle changes and medical treatments they need to optimize their current and future health.
We need Independent Contractors to present our Program, on a non-exclusive basis to any professionals in the following industry categories:
- Medical Doctors
- Medical Groups
- Walk-in Clinics
- Cosmetic Surgeons
- Skin Care Professionals
- Suppliers of Skin Care Products
- Suppliers of Vitamins and Supplements
- Weight Control Specialists
- Dieticians and Nutritionists
- Physical Therapy Professionals

- Sports and Physical Education Professionals
- Health and Fitness Clubs
- Health and Fitness Consultants
- Health Spas
- Medical Spas
- Chiropractic Practitioners
- Holistic Medicine Practitioners
- Acupuncturists
- Pain Management Specialists
- Others that may be accepted by Company

If you know anyone working in any of these areas and can set up appointments with one or more of the principals in such operations, you can receive commissions from all revenues that they generate from use of the Company’s services and Health eBooks. You can have Company Personnel or existing Representative in your area help you with your appointments until you feel comfortable working alone.
Commissions are normally paid monthly but can be made more often if you desire. The Company does not reimburse for any of your costs or expenses.
The income to you will be dependent upon your success in setting up potentially heavy users of the Company’s services and/or the quantity of users you set up.
